This subscription plan is designed to give you a clear, manageable way to receive the guidance you seek, while making your payment experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
 

Subscription Payment Plan Overview
 

By signing up for our Weekly Payment Plan, you agree to commit to the repayment schedule until your plan is complete.

 

Here’s how it works:

Duration:
 

• Your subscription begins on the date of your first payment.
   

• The plan lasts for 10 weeks, and will end on the 10th week after your final payment is received.
  
  No Automatic Renewal:
   

• Once your payments are completed, your subscription will come to an end automatically.
   

• There’s no need to worry about cancelling it; you’ll be notified when the plan concludes.
   

• Ongoing Support: If you have any questions or concerns along the way, we are here to support you every step of the journey.
   

How It Works:
 

• Your payment plan allows you to make manageable weekly payments.
   

• You’ll receive weekly reminders to keep you on track

• We are always here to help if you need assistance or have any questions about the process.

 

Debt Recovery Process (If Applicable):
 

While we deeply value our relationship with you and want to ensure a smooth process, we also have a system in place to address any missed or overdue payments:
 

Monitoring Payments:
 

1. We will monitor payments and ensure that all payments are tracked.
    

2. Gentle Reminders: If a payment is missed, we’ll reach out to you through email or phone with a friendly reminder and request for payment. We will send an invoice outlining the amount due.
    

3. Record Keeping: All communication and payments are securely stored for your reference.
    

4. Continued Support: Weekly reminders will continue until the remaining balance is cleared. We are always here to assist you if neede.
    

5. Formal Actions (If Required): If payments are not made and communication isn't received, we may issue a formal request for payment.

What Happens If Payments Are Overdue:
 

• If we don’t hear from you after our initial steps, we may need to involve a third-party debt collector.
   

• We will explore all options to retrieve the amount owed, including checking the Personal Property Security Register (PPSR) to ensure all efforts are made to recover outstanding balances.
   

• Legal action may be pursued if necessary, but we always hope to avoid this with open communication and support from both sides.
