This document is designed to clearly outline expectations and responsibilities, ensuring that all clients are fully informed and aware of the guidelines for their session with Nicole Jaggers, to prevent any misunderstandings.

1. General Disclaimer

Nicole Jaggers offers Multidimensional Intuitive Energy Reading sessions (Psychic Medium), which are provided solely for entertainment purposes. All clients must be 18 years of age or older to use Nicole Jaggers' services.

2. Professional Services Exclusion

Nicole's services do not substitute medical, financial, legal, or counseling advice. It is strongly advised that you consult with licensed professionals in these areas for any concerns. Nicole Jaggers does not offer any services related to these fields.

3. Restrictions on Predictions

Nicole is not permitted to predict death under any circumstances. Questions regarding death will not be answered. Additionally, Nicole cannot guarantee that her readings will manifest or predict specific future events as outcomes are influenced by the client’s free will choices.

4. Approach to Readings

All sessions are conducted with Divine Unconditional Love, neutrality, and an intention of empathy, compassion, and kindness. 7. Confidentiality and Consent

All information shared during your session is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties unless you provide consent via a Light And Guidance Consent form.

8. Conduct and Behavior

Abusive behavior—including threats, passive-aggressive behavior, or disrespect of any kind—will not be tolerated. If such behavior occurs, the session will be terminated immediately, without a refund. Additionally, the client will be blacklisted from all future services and blocked from all social media platforms associated with Light And Guidance From Beyond.

9. False or Misleading Information

Providing false or misleading information is a breach of this agreement and may lead to immediate legal action. Defamation of Nicole Jaggers or Light And Guidance From Beyond, including making false claims about services or products, will not be tolerated and could result in legal consequences.

10. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Nicole is understanding of emergencies and will accommodate last-minute rescheduling requests based on availability. However, sessions that are more than 30 minutes late may be rescheduled, and the client will need to wait for availability. Please note that a no-show or failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of the session and no refund.

11. Sacred Space and Integrity

Your session with Nicole is sacred. Nicole and her spiritual team work together with your spiritual team to create a safe, loving, and aligned energy field for your session. If you are not prepared to hear what is needed, it is recommended that you delay your session until you are ready.

12. Substance Use

Nicole will not conduct any readings for individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Sessions under such circumstances will be canceled at Nicole’s discretion, and no refunds will be issued.

13. Spirit Communication

Nicole offers mediumship readings with an open heart and mind. However, as spirit people possess free will, there is no guarantee that a specific spirit will come through. Nicole cannot force, summon, or guarantee communication with a particular loved one. If this happens, Nicole will explain the situation.

14. Session Repetition and Wait Time

Clients are welcome to book additional sessions, but if the same question is asked, a waiting period of 4–6 months will be required to allow for new energy and insights to emerge.
